Wired to the IT Matrix

There's no doubt that we are a advanced society in the 21st century. We are a technologically emerging society that has been wired or obsessed with technology. The world of computer science and social media is what the younger generation craves and are technology literate in. There not young person who doesn't have a Facebook page or have a Twitter account, even celebrities are wired to the IT Matrix.  We have been virtually connected unknowingly to the technological world. This world keeps us hooked to the new advances, through bytes and websites that grab our attention constantly. Are we wired to the IT matrix by choice? Or are we wired because it the only way to survive?
